Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Bring advanced analytical and technical skills to Business Services to improve the way work gets done by supporting key projects.
  • Improve business processes and implement smart technology solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with staff across Business Services to find opportunities to simplify complex workflows, improve communication, and better organize information.
  • Use a structured, data-driven approach.
  • Focus on making it easier for employees to access the tools and resources they need, automating routine tasks, and finding practical ways to make our daily operations more efficient.
  • Acts as a primary operational catalyst, driving the adoption of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (including Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate) to transition routine administrative tasks into automated, collaborative workflows.
  • Supports leadership by analyzing operational data, tracking multi-agency project portfolios, and conducting rigorous research to inform strategic planning.
  • Serves as a key liaison for technology changes, ensuring software change requests and operational procedures run smoothly across business units

Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $39.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).
