Job summary

Mayvin is seeking a Program Analyst I to support the U.S. Marshals Service, Tactical Operations Division, Identification Access Office (IAO)/HSPD-12 program in Arlington, VA.

This position involves managing enrollment, credential issuance, activation, and ongoing maintenance for employees and contractors. The ideal candidate will maintain credential records across multiple databases, coordinate for Deputy U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Review sensitive personnel information and maintain accurate records.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to build relationships with internal staff and external sources.

Responsibilities

• Manage HSPD-12 enrollment, credential issuance, activation, and maintenance for USMS employees and contractors.
• Maintain and update personnel credentialing records across multiple databases.
• Coordinate credentialing for Deputy U.S. Marshal candidates and ensure graduates receive proper law enforcement credentials.
• Provide retirement credentials and LEOSA cards, and issue courier cards for personnel authorized to transport classified documents.
• Ensure personnel have appropriate credentials to access systems and properly identify themselves to the public and law enforcement partners.
