Mayvin is seeking a Financial Analyst III to support the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), Financial Services Division (FSD), within the Office of Budget Execution (BE).

The role focuses on complex budget execution, advising leadership on spending plans, funding adjustments, and reprogramming to meet program changes and mandates. You will monitor obligations and expenditures, maintain databases and tracking systems, and prepare briefing materials to support execution policies.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance.
• Minimum five years of experience reviewing and analyzing annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, program policies, and procedures.
• Minimum five years of experience in budget execution during a fiscal year budget cycle.
• Experience in analyzing information and making recommendations.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
