Job summary

Mayvin, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support the U.S. Marshals Service contract. The role focuses on maintaining accurate asset records, tracking inventories, and identifying trends to inform decisions.

The candidate will ensure compliance with regulations, support budgeting, and coordinate maintenance to keep assets in optimal condition. U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a background investigation are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of specialized asset management experience.
• Ability to interpret, organize, and communicate complex data.
• Knowledge of inventory regulations and asset management standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of agency assets, including equipment and property.
• Plan asset acquisition, maintenance, and disposal to optimize utilization.
• Ensure compliance with applicable asset management regulations and standards.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting for asset-related activities.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to keep assets in good working order.
