Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience as a Program Analyst/HR Assistant or related role.
• Must hold TS/SCI with CI Polygraph and no break in clearance for 24 months.
• Proficient with SharePoint, MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.
• Ability to convert Word docs and emails to PDF formats and back.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-tasking support to OHR EM (PCS) section.
• Update PCS processes, follow/update PCS checklist, process forms.
• Verify eligibility for security clearance with Security (SSO), Medical, Overseas Travel.
• Educate and brief customers on PCS entitlements and overseas allowances.
• Assist with completing, processing and adjudicating PCS claims.
• Manage SharePoint folders for documents by customer.
• Manage and review Shared Email distro inboxes.
• Run system queries and provide regular management reports.
