Job summary

KBR is seeking a Program Analyst Journeyman to join our team in Lexington Park, MD, supporting the Australia FMS program for the F/A-18 platform. You will coordinate IPT activities, review contracts, and provide data-driven program insights across CONUS/OCONUS efforts.

Required BS/BA with 3+ years in defense programs, DoD compliance knowledge, and ability to obtain DoD clearance. The role offers 40 hours per week with a broad compensation range and flexible benefits.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and at least three (3) years of experience including two (2) years professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and/or components development with specific knowledge of FMS and Defense Security Assistance Programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive program management support to the PMA‑265 Australia IPT across F/A‑18 program elements and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Develop, modify, and review acquisition documentation including PID, SOW, CDRLs, and delivery schedules per DoD regulations.
• Coordinate major program events, conduct analysis, and provide insights to support IPT objectives.
• Apply analytical techniques to evaluate program and project objectives, monitor performance, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
