Job summary

KBR in Lexington Park, MD seeks a Junior Program Analyst to support Foreign Military Sales for the Australian F/A-18 program. The role involves coordinating major program events, cross-functional collaboration, and documentation management in a security-conscious environment.

You will assist program leads with resource planning, data analysis, and governance tasks, while ensuring timely reporting and compliance with DoD policies.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 0–3 years of program management or analysis experience.
• US citizenship with ability to obtain DoD secret clearance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support major program events (TIMs, PMRs, LPRs, CDPRs) and cross-functional groups.
• Lead foreign visit coordination for the Australian F-18 team, processing RAAF visit requests.
• Assist program managers with resource planning, workload allocation, and contracting actions.
• Prepare correspondence, briefing materials, and maintain organized program files.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data on aircraft acquisition and product support programs.
