Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is hiring a Program Analyst - External Communications/Action Officer in the Washington, DC area. The role supports strategic communication efforts for the SLCM-N program, including developing products, coordinating inputs, tracking actions, and communicating program-wide updates.

The position requires a DoD SECRET clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and 2+ years in a similar role, with strong written and verbal communication. Light telework may be available.

Qualifications

• DoD SECRET or higher clearance.
• Ability to work at Maritime Plaza in Washington D.C., up to 5 days a week.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years’ experience as an action officer, program analyst, or similar role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint, to communicate to decision makers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategic communication products for the SLCM-N program.
• Coordinate and compile inputs for a variety of products and inputs.
• Track actions and communicate program-wide updates, accomplishments, and engagements.
