Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is hiring a Program Analyst - External Communications/Action Officer for the RSSG in Washington, DC. The role focuses on strategic communication development, advisory support to leadership, and maintaining message discipline in a high-visibility environment.

The position requires a DoD secret clearance, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and 2–5+ years in strategic communications, plus strong MS Office skills for decision makers. Light telework is available.

Competenze

• DoD SECRET clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–5+ years' experience in strategic communications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) to communicate to decision makers.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site support to the strategic communications efforts of the SLCM-N program.
• Develop strategic communication products and advise leadership on engagement strategies.
• Brief leadership and help maintain message discipline across the program.
