Job summary

The Hana Group is seeking a Program Analyst to join the Hana Defense Solutions (HDS) team. You will drive research and execution across multi-functional groups, working with senior leadership and government stakeholders to develop solutions and processes that align with mission objectives.

You will conduct rigorous qualitative and quantitative research, synthesize insights, and prepare clear narratives and policy documents for leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent for the role.
• 7+ years' experience working on DoW or government contracts in problem-solving and strategy roles.
• Must possess a DoD Secret or higher security clearance.
• Familiarity with DoW operations, defense logistics and acquisitions, cyber and technology, and related workstreams.
• Strong ability to analyze complex problems and present evidence-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with precision.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to address day-to-day operational challenges.
• Support creation and execution of strategic plans, frameworks, and recommendations.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand operational challenges.
• Translate insights into clear narratives, reports, and visual frameworks for leadership.
• Work cross-functionally with account leaders, designers, developers, strategists, and others.
• Assist government teams with mission execution, logistics, provisioning, and related areas.
• Develop lessons learned documents, frameworks, and knowledge-sharing methodologies.
• Prepare and review presentations, reports, and policy documents.
• Coordinate, participate in, and document meetings; track actions, milestones, and dependencies.
• Adapt priorities in client engagements as mission needs shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
