Hana Technologies and Systems is seeking a Senior Strategist to lead DoW-focused workstreams within the Hana Defense Solutions team. You will drive human-centered design, research, and strategic execution for federal clients, collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will synthesize insights, facilitate workshops, and manage client relationships while advancing design standards and reusable frameworks. Willingness to travel for on-site sessions is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to analyze complex problems and present evidence-based recommendations.
• Experience with human-centered design methods and frameworks.
• Experience leading client work and interacting directly with clients.
• Adaptable to diverse government contracting environments.
• Able to travel for in-person sessions.

Responsabilités

• Directly manage client workstreams and client relationships.
• Develop products within client workstreams that meet DoW standards and security requirements using human-centered design methods.
• Support creation and execution of strategic plans, frameworks, and recommendations aligning with client and mission objectives.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand operational challenges and inform decisions.
• Synthesize insights into clear narratives and visual frameworks for leadership and client stakeholders.
• Support workshops, design sprints, and strategic planning sessions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with account leaders, designers, developers, strategists, and others.
• Attend in-person customer meetings weekly or bi-weekly as required.
• Maintain design systems, style guides, and design standards.
• Document lessons learned and methodologies for reuse.
