The Hana Group is seeking a Strategist to lead workstreams and advance human-centered design, research, and execution within Hana Defense Solutions in the Washington, DC area. The role requires a DoD Secret or higher clearance and U.S.

citizenship, with responsibilities spanning strategic planning, research, and cross-functional collaboration across government and defense clients. You will develop client-aligned frameworks, facilitate workshops, and translate complex insights into clear

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Strategy, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 6+ years’ experience on DoW contracts in strategy roles.
• U.S. citizen with DoD security clearance (Secret or higher).
• Experience with human-centered design methods.
• Able to manage full project lifecycle from inception to adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workstreams and drive human-centered design, research, and execution.
• Develop products within client workstreams meeting DoW standards.
• Develop strategic plans, frameworks, and recommendations.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Hana SMEs and client SMEs on technical inputs.
• Synthesize data into narratives, reports, and visual frameworks.
• Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and planning sessions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Attend in-person client meetings weekly or bi-weekly.
• Maintain design systems, style guides, and standards.
• Prepare client briefs, progress reports, leadership summaries.
• Track action items, milestones, dependencies; escalate as needed.
