Job summary

Lynker Technologies seeks a Program Analyst to support NOAA's Office of Coast Survey in Silver Spring, MD. This full-time role involves analytical tasks, budgeting support, and collaboration with RMS and stakeholders on planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will contribute to data analysis, process automation, and the preparation of executive summaries and briefing materials for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year plus 6 months of specialized project experience or formal training.

Responsibilities

• Performs analytical tasks independently or as part of a team of analysts conducting management studies, workforce analyses, cost-benefit analyses, earned value management reports, configuration management, quality assurance management, risk management and/or similar activities.
• Prepare a variety of reports, assessments, or evaluations.
• Engage with OCS Divisions and other stakeholders in budget, strategic and other planning, taskers, response coordination, performance tracking, and project execution.
• Provide data analysis support to automate and streamline data processing, including ingest, evaluation, transformation, merging, and reporting.
