Focus on the Family is seeking an administrative professional to support the RezilientKidz team in Colorado Springs. You will help manage projects, maintain metrics, and assist with reporting, while coordinating contracts and travel as needed.

The role emphasizes strong writing, data organization, and collaborative work with multiple departments. Travel including nights/weekends is possible; a faith-based environment complements the mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration (or related field).
• CMS experience; WordPress and SiteCore proficiency preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint).
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience with CMS and web content management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing production for projects using tracking tools (FAM/Aprimo, Marketing, etc.).
• Develops competency on all internal systems (Smartsheet, WordPress, SharePoint, etc.).
• Maintains metrics, content analytics, and scorecards for RK activities and content.
• Prepares high‑quality presentations, reports, charts, and graphs for directors.
