Job summary

JRC Careers in Washington, DC, is seeking a Program Analyst to support mission-critical Navy programs. In this high-visibility role, you will coordinate engagements, manage schedules, craft executive communications, and ensure presentation quality, enabling on-time delivery of milestones.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree, 3+ years of executive assistant experience, an active DoD SECRET clearance, and strong MS Office/Adobe skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  • 3+ years of executive assistant experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active DoD SECRET clearance or recent clearance within 2 years required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project), Adobe Acrobat, Foxit, and Visio.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with DoD/DOW, DTS travel system and knowledge of strategic systems programs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate high-level engagements with senior Navy officials and stakeholders.
  • Master complex calendars, travel, and itineraries for senior leadership.
  • Craft, edit, and refine executive correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Review PowerPoint decks for accuracy and branding compliance.
  • Plan and execute conferences, meetings, and events on tight schedules.
  • Provide general support, answering phones and handling emails as needed.

Program Analyst – Missiles & Space Team

We’re looking for a dynamic and talented Program Analyst to play a pivotal role in supporting mission‑critical Navy programs. In this high‑visibility position, you’ll drive operational excellence by streamlining workflows, prioritizing key deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met with precision. From managing integrated master schedules and crafting executive‑level correspondence to conducting research analysis and maintaining essential databases, your expertise will help keep complex programs on track and mission‑ready.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate high‑level engagements: Schedule meetings and appointments with senior Navy officials, program managers, and key stakeholders.
  • Master the calendar: Manage complex schedules, arrange travel, and handle itineraries and logistics for senior leadership.
  • Craft executive communications: Prepare, edit, and refine correspondence, reports, and presentations for top‑level decision‑makers.
  • Ensure presentation excellence: Review PowerPoint decks for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with SSP branding standards.
  • Plan and execute events: Organize conferences, meetings, and special events, ensuring seamless and timely delivery.
  • Provide essential support: Answer phones, respond to emails, and perform other tasks as assigned.
What You Bring
  • A bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must hold an active DoD SECRET clearance or higher, or have held an active clearance within the past two years.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project), Adobe Acrobat, Foxit, and Visio.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience working within DoD/DOW, DTS (travel system).
  • Knowledge of strategic systems programs and related technical terminology.
