Job summary

PolyCon Solutions seeks a full-time on-site Program Analyst to support our FAA client at FAA Headquarters in Washington, DC. The role focuses on planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to achieve program goals and successful execution.

Responsibilities include leading eVTOL Integration Pilot Program support, developing implementation frameworks, schedules, risk assessments, and reporting materials for decision-making, and ensuring OSHA/FAA safety compliance.

Qualifications

  • Budget adherence experience is required.
  • Organize meetings with agency and external stakeholders across specialties.
  • High proficiency in Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a master schedule of program deliverables and ensure continuity across workstreams.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and gather data from stakeholders.
  • Serve as SME on OSHA regulations and FAA safety standards.

Job description

PolyCon Solutions seeks a full-time on-site Program Analyst to support our prime contractor and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) client based out of FAA HQ in Washington, DC. The candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to complete specific program goals and objectives successfully.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead programmatic support efforts necessary for the planning and execution of the eVTOL Integration Pilot Program.
  • Support development of implementation frameworks, schedules, risk assessments, and reporting materials that enable effective decision-making.
  • Directly responsible for the collection, analysis, and organization of operational, technical, and stakeholder data that inform FAA integration strategies.
  • Establish and execute a master schedule of program deliverables and sustain continuity across evolving eVTOL integration workstreams.
  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled site visits to monitor progress, respond to urgent matters, meet with key stakeholders, and gather data.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations as well as FAA safety standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to communicate to various levels of management, with the capacity to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
  • Budget adherence experience.
  • Ability to organize meetings consisting of agency and external stakeholders with a broad range of specialties and interests, including members from professional aviation organizations.
  • High proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass FAA security screening for positions of Public Trust.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working in federal government contracting.
  • Working knowledge of FAA systems.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or a Master's degree with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience.
