Job summary

Enroute Computer Solutions is seeking a Program Analyst to support the program management team by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to ensure successful execution. The role emphasizes building and maintaining schedules and budgets, with responsibility for generating status, cost and schedule indicators, trend analysis, and schedule optimization.

Responsibilities

• Support program management in collection, analysis, and reporting of data to enable successful program execution.
• Build, maintain, and analyze schedules and budgets; generate program status, cost and schedule indicators, and schedule trends.
• Perform weekly/monthly reports on business metrics and identify potential trends and risks for management.

Job Description

Supports program management team whose core responsibilities may include the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to enable successful program execution. Particular focus will be on building, maintaining, and analyzing schedules and budgets. These activities will include generating program/project status, cost and schedule indicators, project schedule trends, critical path analysis, and schedule optimizations. Responsible for developing and analyzing weekly/monthly reports on business related metrics. Identifies potential project trends and risks to management.

Eligibility

Must be a US Citizen or 3-year permanent resident and undergo a background investigation performed by the FAA.

Position Requirements

Bachelors in Business or Legal field of study with 5 years related experience.

The successful candidate must have:

• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience in monitoring financial data, tracking and reporting
• Excellent communication skills
