You will assimilate financial and contract information to produce reports and briefings, supporting multiple Program Managers in executing their programs and task orders.

The role emphasizes cost control, data analysis, and reporting to ensure programs stay on cost and schedule baselines while delivering required results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required.
• 5 years of experience in finance including cost, pricing, or accounting and estimating.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Establish cost control systems and monitor costs and schedules on contracts with validated cost schedule control systems.
• Coordinate and develop program deliverables and analyze cost, schedule, and performance data.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and briefs as tracking tools for program management.
• Support technical and finance teams by responding to data calls and tracking progress against plans and baselines.

Job description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Program Analyst to provide analytical and administrative support to funded DoD programs. Candidates require the ability to quickly assimilate and comprehend financial and contract information to various reports and briefings. You will support multiple Program Managers in the execution of their programs and task orders.

Responsibilities

• Establish cost control systems, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system.
• Coordinate and develop program deliverables and analyze programs cost, schedule, and performance data.
• Prepare various spreadsheets/reports/briefs as tracking tools for program management.
• Support technical and finance teams in responding to various data calls, monitor and report performance and progress against plans, baselines, and requirements.
• Assist in the identification and resolution of issues impacting program/project cost, schedule, and performance.
• Identify financial or operating risks associated with the execution of the contract or project, forecast and track financial results to meet budget projections, provide project summary status reports.

Required

• BS or BA degree
• 5 years of experience with finance, including cost, pricing, or accounting and estimating
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
