US Naval Education and Training Command seeks qualified applicants for anticipated vacancies requiring specialized experience at the GS-11 level. Candidates must demonstrate experience in statistical methods, mathematical modeling, and econometric data to inform organizational performance.
Experience may be in Federal service or equivalent private/public sector roles; volunteers and paid positions both count toward the required competencies.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Formulating statistical methods and mathematical models (i.e., regression, classification, and/or clustering analysis) to determine results of conducted studies and simulations; 2) Performing research that identifies trends that impact business operations; and 3) Using econometric data sources and the correlations to enhance the overall performance of the organization.
