Bowhead seeks a Program Analyst in Dahlgren, VA to support Navy programs through their life cycle—from concept through deployment. You will coordinate with POCs, maintain the NSWCDD Dahlgren applications, and prepare required documentation and reports.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience, a HS diploma minimum, and strong writing and communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office is essential; DoD/government documentation experience is preferred.

• 2–5 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; HS Diploma required.
• Excellent writing, editing, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with department POCs and management to facilitate DADMS rationalization and reduction.
• Maintain the Dahlgren Applications in the NSWCDD database.
• Provide monthly status reports related to the Statement of Work.
• Review IT Procurement Requests (ITPR) in NAV-IDAS and verify compliance.
• Submit requests via SharePoint and monitor NAVSEA approvals for Dahlgren.
• Maintain the Dahlgren DADMS mailbox for incoming requests.
• Create Excel reports on software associations by querying DADMS.
• Vet requests related to fleet, work stoppage, and mission to improve efficiency.
