Qualifications

• Ability to engage diverse populations with cultural competence.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

The Group Leader supports COMPASS, SONYC, Beacon, and Cornerstone programs by supervising classroom-based afterschool activities for youth ages 5 to 13.
