Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Strong analytical, briefing, and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of U.S. foreign policy and international relations is essential.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monitoring and evaluation; prepare quarterly/annual reports and recommendations.
• Represent the office on projects; assist leadership with planning and execution.
• Participate in interagency meetings to align with priorities.
• Analyze program requirements and advise on improvements using qualitative/quantitative methods.
• Assist with contracts, grants, and interagency agreements; draft NOFOs and review grants.
• Report program status with measurable examples of impact.
