Job summary

Creative Foam Corp in Michigan seeks a customer service-oriented professional to provide timely and accurate information to customers, process quotes, and manage orders. You will interact with multiple departments to ensure smooth fulfillment and overall client satisfaction in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requires high school education and at least 2 years of computer experience; prior automotive manufacturing or sales experience is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Prior automotive manufacturing/sales experience preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years computer experience - PC and mainframe.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate information in response to and in anticipation of customer needs.
• Receives, confirms and processes requests for quotes; launches new orders to applicable departments and ensures timely submission and release of orders.
• Maintains all files and records pertaining to RFQs, quotes and customer orders.
• Answers customer questions and complaints within established guidelines.
• Maintains strong communication with other departments in the division and corporate support.
• Performs general clerical support and assists in sales/promotional programs as directed.
