Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Prior automotive manufacturing/sales experience preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years computer experience - PC and mainframe.

Responsibilities

• Receives, confirms and processes requests for quotes.
• Launches orders to applicable departments and ensures timely PPAP submission.
• Maintains files and records for RFQ’s, quotes and orders.
• Answers customer questions and complaints within guidelines.
• Performs general clerical support and assists sales programs as directed.
