Qualifications

• Education in public administration, business, nonprofit management, or communications is required.
• Experience and/or strong interest in research, developing systems, data entry, grant writing, and related projects.
• Knowledge of low-barrier service provision, housing-first, harm reduction, and empowerment approaches.
• Understanding of systemic racism, oppression, social and economic justice, and issues affecting historically excluded communities.
• Ability to support survivors of human trafficking and trauma.
