Job summary

Wilson Elser, a national law firm, is seeking a Program Administrator to support fast-paced, high-volume litigation programs. You will review information, create and maintain files, and manage program data across multiple systems for timely client service.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years civil litigation experience in a law firm or with an insurance company preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including document management systems, Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred, including pivot tables and functions.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking, identify causes of problems, and propose solutions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and balance competing demands to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Review and obtain information from internal and external systems, as required.
  • Create new files as necessary.
  • Create, maintain, and update case lists as needed for the program.
  • Monitor activities of and provide guidance to program personnel to aid compliance with client and firm guidelines.
  • Track key performance metrics and case deadlines on a large volume of files; update databases and systems.
  • Analyze program data and provide stakeholders with updates regularly.
  • Organize and distribute program documents and information as needed.
  • Coordinate regular team meetings as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Correspond with clients, claims professionals and attorneys regarding issues, metrics, workflows, and deadlines.
  • Respond timely to emails and program-related requests.

The Position

Key Responsibilities:

Wilson Elser offers a competitive salary and benefits package designed to support our attorneys both professionally and personally.

A variety of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands, other business and organizational needs, and other factors permitted by law. Final salary wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. This position is considered full-time and therefore qualifies for benefits including 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

Salary Range:

$70,000—$85,000 USD
