Family Services of America is seeking a Program Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for the foster care program. You will assist leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination, and maintain confidential records in line with licensing requirements.
This grant-funded, term-limited position may last up to three years and requires background checks and credentialing.

The Program Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to FSA's foster care program, supporting program leadership, documentation, scheduling, and records management in a manner consistent with confidentiality requirements, CARF standards, and NC DHHS licensing.
Please note: This is a grant-funded, term-limited position for up to three years. Continuation is contingent on grant funding.
Salary: $36,600 – $43,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
