Olgoonik Corporation in Richardson, TX is seeking a Program Account Specialist to maintain program ledgers, reconcile accounts to funding, and prepare client invoices and statements. The role includes reviewing coding, processing daily entries, and ensuring funding is properly obligated.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma, 3–7 years in Finance/Accounting, and knowledge of government contracting accounting practices.

Competenze

High School Diploma.
3-7 years’ experience in Finance/Accounting preferred.
Working knowledge of government contracting accounting practices preferred.

Mansioni

Manage program invoices cycle and project accounting duties.
Create all client invoices with appropriate documentation and approval prior to submittal.
Support reconciliation of credit card statements.
Perform month end closing and FY closing.
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately.
Obtain authorizations and approvals as necessary.
Confirm vendor payments documents, ensure proper cost coding and funding, sign AP vouchers for payment.
Reconcile vendor statements to vendor accounts and research discrepancies.
Ensure proper and consistent coding of all invoices and cost pertaining to the project.
Reconcile and process cash account reports.
Reconcile program level AR.
Other duties as assigned.
Communicate with vendors as needed.
Match invoices to checks, obtain signatures for checks.
Support Accounting with 1099 maintenance.
Ensure all vendors are paid when due.
Assist in review and posting of expense reports.
