Job summary

INSIGHT2PROFIT is seeking a Project Lead (Consultant or Manager) to drive complex pricing and profitability initiatives for diverse clients. You will manage multiple workstreams, serve as the primary client contact, and guide a team of Associates and Analysts to deliver high-impact results.

Depending on experience, the role may be filled at Consultant or Manager level. This position requires strong communication, data-driven decision making, and travel as needed to client sites, up to 35%.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Masters (MBA) is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex pricing and profitability initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Serve as primary client contact and build trusted relationships.
• Mentor and guide Associates and Analysts for performance and growth.
• Translate business challenges into actionable pricing strategies and insights.
• Present findings in client workshops and executive meetings.
