Job summary

INSIGHT2PROFIT is seeking a Project Lead (Consultant or Manager) in the United States to oversee complex pricing and profitability engagements. You will manage multiple workstreams, serve as the primary client contact, and mentor Associates and Analysts to deliver actionable insights and high-quality deliverables.

Roles vary by experience and capability, with potential placement at Consultant or Manager level.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, economics, statistics, actuarial science, data science, mathematics, engineering or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communications, including facilitating project team calls and client sessions.
• Lead development and execution, or oversight of pricing analyses and profitability diagnostics from large datasets.
• Formulate hypotheses and tests, delivering actionable insights for profit improvement.
• Serve as primary analytical contact for pricing excellence within engagements.
• Present findings and recommendations in client workshops and executive meetings.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality client deliverables across workstreams.
• Guide data validation and analytical execution; mentor Associates and Analysts.
• Set and uphold quality standards for team output.
• Act as cultural ambassador and uphold INSIGHT’s core values.
