Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct team members to provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers.
• Solicit orders, sell company products, and represent the company per policies.
• Maintain customer base and increase sales at assigned accounts.
• Coordinate sales call efforts with the Territory Sales Manager.
• Supervise store team members and work with District Manager on staffing and evaluations.
• Develop and post work schedules based on sales and payroll data.
• Review timecards for accuracy and address discrepancies.
• Ensure staff training on policies, customer service, and safety.
• Set pricing levels for professional customers with Sales/Pricing teams.
• Maximize gross profit on outside purchases.
• Monitor price overrides and matches for policy compliance and profitability.
• Ensure store operates according to company policies.
• Communicate new information to team as needed.
• Implement planogram changes and merchandising plans.
• Provide stock adjustment recaps to Inventory Control.
• Handle daily store accounting like sales reports and deposits.
• Monitor charge accounts and manage past-due situations with Territory Manager.
