Job summary

BURGER KING® in Columbus, IN seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations with a focus on profitability, guest satisfaction, people development and standards compliance. You’ll oversee a team of 20–45 employees and report to the District Manager.

You’ll drive sales, manage P&L, recruit and train staff, and ensure safe, fast, friendly service in a clean restaurant environment. This role requires leadership, adaptability and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L management & drivers of restaurant profitability.
• Ability to prioritize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate a team of 20–45 employees including Assistant Manager and shift coordinators.
• Ensure compliance with policies and government regulations.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; manage scheduling and labor costs.
• Implement local marketing initiatives and maintain brand standards.
