Responsibilities

• PROFITABILITY: Has primary accountability for the restaurant P&L and drives toward financial targets.
• PROFITABILITY: Reviews key P&L lines to increase restaurant profitability.
• PROFITABILITY: Drives sales through proactive guest service and operations management.
• GUEST: Motivate team to deliver accurate, friendly, fast service and a clean facility.
• GUEST: Manage the guest experience and address issues promptly.
• GUEST: Analyze guest feedback and implement corrective action.
• PEOPLE: Lead recruitment and onboarding to build a strong team.
• PEOPLE: Coach and develop Team Members and Supervisors to improve performance.
