Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• English communication required; Spanish helpful.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager / General Manager with P&L experience.
• Strong leadership skills, leading by example in challenging situations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and escalate appropriately.
• Must work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation to work and company events.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train restaurant-level employees per brand standards.
• Manage staffing, recruit talent, and develop internal candidates for management positions.
• Maintain brand image through cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to food safety requirements.
• Analyze operational and financial performance and plan long-term sales growth.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and adhere to budget goals.
• Plan and execute shift operations efficiently with focus on cost control.
• Interact with guests and resolve inquiries and complaints to ensure positive resolution.
• Coordinate inventory management and administrative duties.
