• Must be at least 18 years old and able to manage P&L and drive profitability.
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service principles in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and accountability for P&L.
• Drive sales via guest service, people development, and operations management.
• Motivate and direct team to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service.
• Develop action plans to resolve guest issues and engage community for local marketing.
• Coach direct reports to raise restaurant performance and capabilities.
• Manage labor with staffing and scheduling; ensure compliance with laws and policies.
