Job summary

Applegreen USA is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for a Burger King location in South Carolina. The GM leads daily operations, focusing on profitability, guest satisfaction, and team leadership. Reports to the District Manager and manages an Assistant Manager, hourly staff, and crew members.

The role requires strong P&L understanding, leadership, and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs. Prior quick-service restaurant management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen or older.
• Strong understanding of P&L and profitability drivers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure.
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a single restaurant.
• Own the restaurant P&L and drive profitability.
• Lead guest service, people development, and operations.
• Motivate and direct team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Address guest issues and implement local marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate staffing and labor for optimal coverage.
• Provide coaching to direct reports and ensure compliance with policies.
