Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers in South Carolina seeks a Restaurant General Manager for a Burger King location. You will lead daily operations, drive profitability, and ensure guest satisfaction while developing a high-performing team.

The role requires strong P&L understanding, flexibility to work nights and weekends, and hands-on leadership. You will coach staff, manage staffing levels, uphold brand standards, and engage with the local community to grow sales.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Strong understanding of P&L and drivers of restaurant profitability.
• Ability to prioritize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and co-workers.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience, experience in management preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Outlook).
