Job summary

TA Loving is seeking an experienced construction leader to oversee one or more projects, directing tasks, safety, and financials to ensure on-time, under-budget completion. The role emphasizes strong leadership, coordination with subcontractors, and maintaining client relationships across site activities.

The position requires a proactive manager capable of managing procurement, schedules, and quality control while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience as Project Engineer, Superintendent, or Assistant Project Manager.
• Experience in construction, finance, design, scheduling, and management preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Experience with pricing, purchasing, negotiating, and preparing purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage work, ensuring safety policies are followed and tasks meet deadlines.
• Oversee budget, buyout process, invoicing, and cash flow for the project.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, logs, and submittals in PM software.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to keep the project on time and within budget.
• Review change documents, pricing, and change orders for scope impacts.
• Lead project team meetings, communicate with owners and consultants, and maintain client relations.
• Maintain safety plans, conduct weekly safety talks, and enforce safety policies.
• Prepare monthly reports, forecasts, and profit projections; manage project close-out.
