Hajoca Corporation invites ambitious individuals to join a three-year Management Development Program designed to develop world-class leaders in plumbing, heating, and industrial supplies. Trainees rotate through all functions, gaining exposure from warehouse operations to financial analysis while mentoring under senior leaders.

Participants will eventually run their own Profit Center, making hiring, product, and pricing decisions to engage customers through sales and marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a solid GPA.
• Willingness to relocate within the region.
• Desire to lead a team and run a business.
• Demonstrated leadership in professional, educational, and/or social experiences.
• Ability to perform a wide range of tasks with interpersonal and critical-thinking skills.
• Entry-level work experience in people or project supervision, sales, operations, and/or customer service is a plus.
