Job summary

Hajoca Corporation's South Division offers a four-year Management Development Program designed to attract, develop and retain future leaders. Trainees rotate through Warehouse and Counter, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and Leadership/Operations, gaining hands-on experience in logistics, customer interaction, and regional expansion.

Participants move between phases, with opportunities to relocate within the region and pursue long-term leadership roles in a unique, privately held plumbing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Willingness to work in all areas in the region
• Strong leadership desire to lead a team and run a business
• Experience leading teams or groups is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership in various experiences
• Competitive spirit and take-charge attitude
• Versatile with interpersonal and analytical tasks
• Entry-level supervision, sales, operations, or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in a four-year training program rotating through key business areas
• Develop leadership and management skills across operations and sales
• Build relationships with customers and teams while traveling to other locations
• Progress to management roles within profit centers
