Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Profit Center Manager to lead all business operations at our Iowa Profit Center. You will drive sales, profitability, and market share by recruiting, coaching, and evaluating a high-performing team.

You will also set targets for key accounts, manage expenses, and foster community relationships to expand market presence. A college degree and 5+ years in sales plus leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of sales and service experience.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• Product knowledge related to the Profit Center market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and lead all business operations at the Profit Center; accountable for profitability.
• Achieve sales, gross profit, market share, and profit sharing goals through recruitment, development, training, coaching, and management of the Profit Center team.
• Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations to assess progress and provide development.
• Determine targeted customer accounts and set sales goals; hold salespeople accountable.
• Achieve upper quartile performance in key indicators such as Gross Profit %, Net Salaries Ratio, Occupancy Ratio, ROI, Gross Profit per Employee, Profit Sharing per Employee.
• Analyze financial reports to increase sales and margins, improve productivity, and manage expenses.
• Ensure the Profit Center meets customer service expectations and build market relationships.
