Qualifications

• Leadership experience in curriculum development, program review, and external funding.

Responsibilities

• Lead department in teaching, research, service, and student/faculty development.
• Mentor faculty and coordinate with college administration for policy and curricular decisions.
• Oversee budget, accreditation, scheduling, and partnerships to support program growth.
• Develop and implement new degree programs and strategic initiatives.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusive excellence across the department.
