Artheon is seeking a Professional Stormwater Engineer to join our team in East Brunswick or Neptune, NJ. You will design civil/site drainage and utility layouts using CAD tools and collaborate with project managers to deliver compliant solutions for land development and municipal projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of civil engineering experience, a PE license, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and HEC-RAS. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Design and Drafting:

• Develop civil engineering designs, including site layouts, grading, drainage and utilities using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D).

Permitting And Compliance

• Prepare and submit permit applications to local, state, and federal agencies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards

Project Collaboration

• Work closely with project managers, surveyors, and other engineering disciplines to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.

Technical Reports

• Create engineering reports, feasibility studies, and calculations to support project design and decision-making.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering design, preferably in land development or municipal projects.

Technical Proficiency

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, HEC-RAS and other relevant engineering software; knowledge of stormwater management software is a plus

Licensing

• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
