Candidates must have experience working for a US-based local public safety agency with experience writing and editing agency policy to be considered.

The Professional Services Specialist plays a key role in ensuring client satisfaction with Lexipol’s policy content and platforms, aligning with their business needs, and resolving issues promptly. This role involves managing designated projects within specific scopes and timelines using established methods.
The Professional Services Specialist - Custody will assist Custody/Corrections clients in customizing their policy manuals to fit their agency's needs and bringing these policies online within a specified timeframe. It is a client-facing role that provides guidance on policy customization, manages Daily Training Bulletins (DTBs), and implements policy updates.
The primary focus is to leverage team expertise to deliver high-quality project leadership and guidance, completing the assigned scope within established timelines.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Management reserves the right to modify duties at any time.
Competitive salary, incentives, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k). Hourly range: $30 - $34/hour plus annual bonus.
