Job summary

Trace3 is seeking a Manager, Professional Services to lead the Smart Hands team and ensure high customer satisfaction across deployment services. You will be an escalation point for critical situations and provide leadership to a technical staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of MSP experience in network deployments or related IT work.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing technical staff.
• Strong conflict negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing client demands.
• Strong analytical skills regarding technical or project management issues.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead high-performing Professional Services teams.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and career development for team members.
• Manage interviews, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
• Monitor team performance and report metrics.
• Contribute to pre-sales LOE sizing and customer pitches.
• Oversee LOE accuracy, hours, costs and budgets.
• Manage P&L, revenue, cost, and contract GP for the practice area.
• Ensure timely timesheets, schedules, and utilization.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly executive reviews.
• Advise on sales strategies to meet goals and expectations.
• Coordinate multiple infrastructure projects concurrently.
• Develop and implement operating plans for sales initiatives.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through account partnerships.
