The Manager, Professional Services leads the Smart Hands team, ensuring high customer satisfaction and efficient project execution across deployments and services.

With 8+ years in managed services and 3+ years of leadership, the role emphasizes pre-sales support, LOE accuracy, and scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of managed services provider experience in network deployments or related IT.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical staff.
• Strong conflict negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization to manage competing client demands.
• Strong analytical skills for technical or project management issues.
• Comfort interacting with Senior Management.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentations.
• Associate's degree or equivalent level of experience.

Responsibilities

• Build high-performing teams that accomplish organizational changes, goals, and priorities.
• Provide leadership, skill development, and mentorship for team members.
• Involve in interviewing, onboarding, off-boarding, training, and performance management.
• Monitor team performance and report metrics.
• Serve as SME during pre-sales activities, provide LOE sizing and scoping support.
• Review LOE to ensure alignment of hours, costs, and budget.
• Manage and minimize non-billable time and expenses.
• Manage P&L, revenue, cost, and contract GP for the practice area.
• Hold team leads accountable for timesheets and utilization.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly executive reviews.
• Coach and advise on sales strategies to meet goals.
• Manage multiple infrastructure projects concurrently.
• Create operating plans to achieve sales segment goals.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through key account partnerships.
