Job summary

Luminegrp is seeking a client-facing Solution Engineer to help implement and deliver VidiNet Media Asset Management solutions. You will collaborate with customers to understand requirements and design effective solutions, configure workflows, and support system integrations across media environments.

Responsibilities include workshop delivery, documentation, and knowledge transfer, with collaboration across Product, Engineering, and QA to ensure successful go-lives and continuous improvement of

Qualifications

• Experience in Professional Services or Solutions Engineering.
• Experience delivering technical delivery projects in IT, software, or media environments.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with media or broadcast workflows.
• Hands-on experience designing or configuring BPMN workflows (e.g. Camunda).
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, or web services.
• Knowledge of SQL or data-driven systems.
• Experience with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#).
• Exposure to Linux or containerized environments (Docker).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
