Job summary

RoShay Services in Dallas seeks an experienced professional to lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud engagements, focusing on project setup, resource planning, billing, and revenue recognition.

You will oversee engagement management, drive cross-functional delivery, and partner with finance and data teams to ensure compliant, timely implementations using SAP BTP and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of consulting experience in ERP and finance transformation.
• Experience leading full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations, including finance integration and engagement management.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related fields; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven leadership in SAP implementations, finance process integration, and team development.
• Exceptional program management skills, with experience managing all phases from planning to hypercare.
• Strong communication skills, ability to facilitate workshops, and client engagement.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage configuration, testing, and cutover activities, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with data teams on data modeling, mapping, and migration strategies for engagement and financial data accuracy and compliance.
