Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance Lead for a Houston-based hybrid role on a 12+ month engagement. The candidate will drive Finance and Treasury workstreams, lead Fit-to-Standard workshops, and guide client teams through Explore, Realize, Deploy and Hypercare phases.

The ideal candidate has 5+ completed Public Cloud implementations and strong IFRS/GAAP alignment experience, with excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Travel as required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance implementations.
• Strong FI/CO background including GL, AP, AR, AA, Tax and CCA/PCA.
• Hands-on with CBC, Cloud ALM, Fit-to-Standard and extensibility concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance and Treasury workstreams for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
• Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and promote SAP Best Practices.
• Analyze requirements and recommend standard Public Cloud solutions with Clean Core.
• Configure and validate Finance scope items in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Lead solution design discussions and maintain requirement backlogs.
• Coordinate with Integration, Data Migration, Reporting and Security teams.
• Drive SIT, UAT, cutover planning and go-live readiness activities.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests for the Finance workstream.
• Mentor team members and share SAP Public Cloud best practices.
• Present options and project status to client leadership and executives.
• Support hypercare activities and post go-live improvements.

Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud FTM Lead

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)

Required Skills:

• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance Lead experience
• 5+ completed Public Cloud implementations experience required
• Strong FI/CO experience (GL, AP, AR, Banking, Asset Accounting, Cost Centers, Profit Centers)
• Hands-on experience with CBC, Cloud ALM, and Fit-to-Standard
• Experience with user extensibility through In-App Extensibility, including Custom Fields and Custom Logic

Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance covering:

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Tax Management
• Cost Center Accounting
• Profit Center Accounting

• Experience configuring and deploying SAP Best Practice Scope Items within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Experience defining organizational structures, chart of accounts, financial reporting structures, and business process design aligned with IFRS/GAAP requirements.
• Hands-on experience with intercompany transactions, financial close processes, treasury integrations, and financial reporting.
• Experience leading at least 2-3 SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance implementations through Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Hypercare phases.
• Strong experience managing client stakeholders, offshore teams, and cross-functional workstreams including Integration, Data Migration, Security, and Testing.
