LS Solutions is seeking an experienced leader for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Finance implementations, guiding design through deployment and stabilization. You will promote Fit-to-Standard adoption, lead workshops, and align business needs with SAP capabilities.

With 12+ years in SAP Finance and a track record of at least three full lifecycle Cloud projects, you will coach delivery teams, drive proposals, and nurture client relationships.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience.
• Led at least 3 SAP S/4HANA Cloud Finance projects.
• Expert in Record-to-Report processes.
• Experience engaging CFOs and selling SAP transformations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willing to travel; work authorization without sponsorship.

The role involves leading SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance implementations, from solution design to deployment and stabilization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Serving as the Finance solution authority, promoting Fit-to-Standard adoption and SAP best practices.
• Leading client workshops and aligning business needs with SAP capabilities.
• Designing and deploying end-to-end finance solutions such as Record-to-Report, Treasury, Asset Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
• Overseeing functional delivery teams across design, configuration, testing, data conversion, and cutover activities.
• Leading sales pursuits, solutioning, estimation, and proposal development for SAP S/4HANA Cloud opportunities.
• Mentoring consulting professionals and contributing to practice growth.
• Upholding professional integrity and fostering a respectful work environment.

Qualifications include:

• Over 12 years of SAP Finance consulting experience with multiple full lifecycle implementations.
• Proven leadership in at least three SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance projects.
• Deep expertise in Record-to-Report processes and hands-on experience with SAP Cloud tools and methodologies.
• Ability to engage with CFOs and finance leaders, and experience in selling and delivering SAP transformation programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills; Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willingness to travel; authorized to work without sponsorship.
